Special Pulao Masala Recipe

Ingredients:

• Whole black pepper 2 tbsp
• Nut meg ½ tsp
• Mace ½ tsp
• Aniseed 2 tbsp
• Cinnamon 3 sticks
• Small cardamom 10
• Black cumin 2 tbsp

Method:

1. In a flat pan add 2 tbsp whole black pepper, ½ tsp nut meg, ½ tsp mace,
2. Add 2 tbsp aniseed, 3 cinnamon sticks,
3. 10 small cardamom and 2 tbsp black cumin to roast and grind.
