Ingredients:
- Chicken Fingercut 1 kg
- Eggs 2
- Bread Crumbs 1 cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Mustard Paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Crushed Red Chilies ½ tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- For making chicken fingers, cut 1 kg chicken boneless in fingercut.
- Now in these pieces put 2 eggs, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
- Add 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp crushed red chilies, 1 tsp mustard paste.
- Add 1 tbsp lemon juice and keep it for a while.
- Now roll it in 1 cup bread crumbs and put it in oven proof dish and put oil on it.
- In the end, bake it on 180C for 30 minutes.
