Malai Tikka Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless           ½ kg
  • Green chilies                   8 – 10
  • Ginger garlic paste        2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream                    ½ cup
  • Thick yogurt                    125 gm
  • Cumin powder               ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder   ½ tsp
  • Salt                                     to taste
  • Oil                                      3 tbsp
  • Coal                                   as required

Method:

  1. Cut chicken in cubes
  2. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic, yogurt, cumin, black pepper, fresh cream salt and 2 tbsp oil
  3. Give smoke of coal
  4. Put chicken boti, green chilies in the skewers
  5. Roast them on coal till gets a golden color
