- Sweet corn ½ cup
- Cabbage finely julienne 1 ½ cup
- Carrot 1 grated
- Red Kidney beans ½ cup
- Apple 1 large diced
- Potato 1 large boiled and diced
- Boiled macaroni 1 cup
- Ingredients for dressing
- Mayonnaise 5 tbsp
- Cream 3 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Caster sugar 2 tbsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
