Aloo Kay Koftey Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Carrot                               1
  • Capsicum                         1
  • Egg                                     2
  • Potatoes                           3
  • Green chilies                   2 – 3
  • Button mushroom         4 – 6
  • Bread crumbs                 1 cup
  • Parsley                              ¼ bunch
  • Black pepper powder   ¼ tsp
  • White pepper powder ¼ tsp
  • Oil                                      for fry
  • Salt                                     to taste

 

Method:

  1. Boil the potatoes and mash well
  2. Add carrot, capsicum, parsley and chopped green chilies
  3. Then add salt, black pepper with white pepper and mix well
  4. Shape them into rolls and dip in eggs
  5. Roll it in bread crumbs and fry till golden
