Ingredients
- Warm milk 250 kg
- Sugar 3tbsp
- Egg 1
- Butter 50gm
- Yeast 1tbsp
- Flour 2cups
- Chocolate for garnish
- Sugar (grinded) for garnish
- Oil for frying
Methods
- In a pan add milk , sugar , egg, butter, yeast and flour mix well and make dough
- Then fold it and keep this in a side
- When it gets rise knead it and make roti and cut with the help of donut cutter
- Now leave it for 10 min
- When it gets rise heat oil & fry it on medium flame lastly coat it with sugar and chocolate .
