Ingredients
- Beef ½ kg
- Papaya 1 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Green chilies 6
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Fry onion ½ cup
- Cream ½ cup
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Oil as required
Methods
- Add beef, raw papaya, green chilies, black pepper powder, fry onion, garlic cloves
- Add salt and crushed red chili in chopper and chopped them finely.
- Now take out in bowl
- Then add cream and beaten egg and make kabab.
- Now fry them in oil.
