Seafood casserole is made from cooked fish chunks and cooked shrimps mixed with cooked rice, chopped celery, chopped onion and other ingredients. Topped with bread crumbs and baked till golden.

Ingredients:
- Cooked rice 1 cup
- Cooked fish chunks 300 gm
- Cooked shrimps 300gm
- Chopped celery 2
- Chopped onion 1 medium
- Chopped green pepper ½ cup
- Mushrooms 1 can
- Mayonnaise 1 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
- Bread crumbs 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper as required
Method:
Except bread crumbs mix all ingredients and add them to the grease pan then add bread crumbs and bake till its get golden.
Ingredients:
- Potato (boiled & peeled) 4 large
- Spring onions 6
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Chopped ginger 1 inch piece
- Chopped garlic 4-5 cloves
- Corn flour 2 tsp
- Vegetable stock 1 cup
- Chili oil 2 tbsp
- Dry red chilies 3-4
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Red chili sauce 1 tbsp
- Sugar 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Roasted peanuts ¼ cup
- Spring onion 2 stalks
Method:
Fry potato cubes in oil. Heat chili oil and saute red chilies in it. Then add spring onion, ginger, garlic and saute. Now add soy sauce, chili sauce, sugar, salt and cook. Dissolve corn flour in vegetable stock and add it to the pan. In last add potatoes and mix. Garnish with spring onion, peanuts and serve.
