Ingredients:
- Chicken (legs) 1 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 3 tbsp
- Oil as required
Method:
Wash Chicken then mixes yogurt and all spices and marinates for half an hour .now in wok heat oil and cooks the marinated chicken till than meat tender when all masala put on then delicious roast ready.
Ingredients:
- Milk Powder 1 cup
- Cocoa Powder 1/2 cup
- Chocolate chopped 1 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Whipped cream 1 cup
- Sugar 4 tbsp
Method:
In a food processor milk powder, coco powder and sugar grind well. Then Store in airtight container. To make hot chocolate: Put 2 tbsp of this mix pour in milk and stir. Then garnish with whipped cream and serve.
Ingredients:
- Prawns ½kg
- Tomatoes 6-7
- Onion 1
- Cardamom 6
- Cloves 4
- Red Chili powder to taste
- Turmeric powder ½tsp
- Cumin seeds 1tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 250 grams
- Black pepper 10
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Oil 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
Blend all the ingredients except prawns and yogurt. Heat oil and add blended mixture and cook until oil becomes on surface. Add prawn and yogurt and fry for few minutes. Add water and cook until prawns become tender for about 5 to 10 minutes. Do not overcook otherwise prawns will be hard. Cook until oil becomes on surface and add garam masala powder, black pepper powder and green chili. Serve hot with boiled rice.
