Ingredients:

 

  • Prawns ½ kg
  • Coriander ½ bunch
  • Green chilies 6
  • Lemons 1
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Tomatoes 3
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Crushed coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Ginger (finally cut) 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds ½ tbsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil ½ cup

Method:
Fry prawns for 2 minutes. Then heat oil add ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, tomatoes, crushed coriander seeds, crushed red chilies, turmeric and cook well. Add yogurt, half green chilies and cook. When gravy cooks well then add fried prawns, green chilies, coriander, ginger, lemon and serve.

  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Chopped spinach 1kg
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Chopped garlic 4 cloves
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required

 

Method:
Saute garlic and onion in oil then add cumin seeds when aroma comes then add tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, salt, black pepper and cook gravy well. Then add chopped spinach and cook on high flame so that all water dried out. Add all spice powder, green chilies and serve.
