Ingredients:
- Dates (soft) 1cup
- Whole dried milk 1cup
- Semolina 4tbsp
- Clarified butter 6tbsp
- Green cardamom powder 1/2tsp
- Mixed dry fruits 1/2cup
- Milk 1/2cup
- Sterling silver paper as required
Method:
Take the seeds out from the dates and grind the dates with water and milk. Now heat oil in a pan roast semolina. Now add the dates mixture and simmer it. When the semolina is tender then add whole dried milk in it. With it add small cardamom and half cup of mixed dry fruits and simmer it a little. Lastly serve it hot.
Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 1/2kg
- Bone stock 3-4cup
- Green gram (husked) 1cup
- Rice 3/4cup
- Wheat boiled 1-1/2cup
- Onions chopped 2
- Yogurt 3/4cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Black pepper powder 1tsp
- Oil 3/4cup
- Nutmeg, mace 1/4tsp
Ingredients for Kabab:
- Mince 250g
- Onion small 1
- All spices powder 1/2tsp
- Salt 1tsp
- Red chili powder 1tsp
- Almond powder 1tbsp

Ingredients for Oil Tempering:
Clarified butter 4tbsp
Onion (finely cut) as required
Green chili 2-3
Method:
Firstly soak green gram and rice for 30mins. Then de-husk the green beans and boil them with rice. Separately boil wheat. Mix all the kababs ingredients and crush them and skewer them. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions. Then add ginger garlic paste, yogurt and salt to roast. Now add the black pepper powder. Now cook the kababs till they are ready. Then roast chicken boneless. With it add boiled lentil, wheat, rice and bone stock to cook till it gets mixed. Now stir and cook it for 30mins. With it add nutmeg and mace when it thickens dish it out. For oil tempering heat clarified butter and fry onions and add green chili. Then add hareesa lastly add kabab and boiled eggs for garnishing and serve.
