Chicken Masala Recipe | Tarka | Rida Aftab | Desi Food

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Cheese 1 cup
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Green coriander 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Whole spice ½ tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Method:
First make small pieces of chicken. Now add ginger garlic paste, red chili, salt, lemon juice, gram masala and green chilies and leave for 20 minutes. Now add mayonnaise, cheese, tomato ketchup, butter and green coriander. Now bake on 180 degree for 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Bengal gram split 450 gm
  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Dry chilies 6
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds (roasted) 2 tsp
  • Finely chopped ginger 2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder ½ tsp
  • Tamarind Pulp 2 tbsp
    Oil as required

Method:
• In a pan, add Bengal gram split, water and cook.
• When lentils are tenders and removes from the stove.
• In separate pan, add onion until light brown.
• Then add chopped garlic, tomatoes, finely chopped garlic, red chilies, salt, cumin seeds, dry chilies and fry well.
• Now add this masala in daal and add tamarind pulp.
• In the end, removes from the stove and take it out in a dish .
• Sprinkles roasted masala , cumin seeds and serve.
