Chicken Steak is a must try dish. It has chicken fillets marinated and cooked to perfection to bring out great taste and flavor.

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillets 100g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed Pepper 1.5 tsp
- Honey 3 tsp
- Soy sauce 1 tsp
- Butter 2 tsp
- Olive Oil 3 tsp
- Whole garlic crushed 6
Method:
- Keep the chicken fillets in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle salt & crushed pepper evenly. Pour the olive oil over it & add the crushed garlic.
- Mix everything well to coat evenly. Alternatively, you can add garlic powder or finely chopped garlic too). Set aside for around 30 mins.
- To prepare the honey-soy glaze, mix 1 tsp of soy sauce & 3 tsp of honey in a bowl. Mix well & keep aside for glaze to be used later.
- Take a grill pan & add a dollop (1 tsp) of butter. Spread it evenly.
- Once hot, add the chicken fillets one beside the other. Grill on high heat for around 3 mins.
- Turn them on the other side & continue to grill for 3 more mins. on the other side.
- Now take a basting brush & brush the chicken pieces with the honey-soy glaze.
- Grill both sides for 1 min each or less then serve it.
Ingredients:
- 500 Grams CHICKEN
- 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
- 1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
- 1 TSP BLACK PEPPER & SALT
- 2 EGGS
- 1 CUP FLOUR
- 1 CUP KETCHUP
- 1/2 CUP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
- 1/2 CUP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE / SOYA SAUCE
- 1 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
- 1/4 CUP HOT SAUCE
- 1/4 CUP HONEY
- 1 TSP LEMON JUICE
Method:
• Take boneless chicken and cut them into small pieces.
• Place chicken pieces in a bowl & add red chilli powder, salt, garlic powder, black pepper & mix it well.
• Take eggs and whisk it well. In another bowl add flour. Coat the marinated chicken with eggs & flour.
• Fry them in oil. Fry them until golden brown.
• For BBQ sauce: In a bowl add tomato ketchup, apple vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, honey, lemon juice & mix them well. Add the sauce in a pan and heat. Now add the fried chicken. Mix it well. Cook them for 5 min.
Ingredients:
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- ¾ cup Chocolate/Coco Powder
- 1 -½ teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 cup Oil
- 2 tbsp Apple Jam
Method:
• Preheat the oven according to your oven settings, I usually keep it @ 250°C.
• Separate the egg whites and egg yolks while separating eggs, take care that no yolk gets in to the egg whites.
• Beat/whip the egg whites until they become fluffy, because of which volume of egg whites will increased.
• Now add egg yolks in a batter and beat it.
• In a separate bowl, add oil and grinded sugar and mix it gently using rubber spatula until the mixture become smooth.
• Add this sugar and oil batter in to whipped eggs and beat the mixture. Use a rubber spatula to scrape the mixture off the sides of the bowl periodically.
• In a separate bowl mix a flour, baking powder and sieve the mixture (flour + baking powder) 3-4 times with strainer.
• Now add the above mixture in to already beaten egg whites mixture and mix it with spatula, do not use eggbeater after adding flour.
How to grease the Mould:
• Grease the mould with oil by a pastry brush and sprinkle the flour evenly.
• Take out a ¾ cup of cake mixture in a separate bowl and add 2-3 tablespoon of coco powder in it.
• Add half of the (white) mixture in to the mould then place a layer of this chocolate mixture on it, and then add remaining white mixture of cake.
• Place the cake in preheated oven to bake.
• After the cake has been baked, glaze it with the jam.
