INGREDIENTS For FRIED FISH:
- Fish fillet 2 -3
- Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chili paste 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Cardamom powder 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- flour 2 tbsp
- Corn flour as required
- Oil for frying
For MANDI RICE:
- Rice 500 gm
- Oil ½ cup
- Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chili paste 1 tbsp
- Onion slices ½ cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tbsp
- cumin 1 tsp
- cloves 4 -5
- cinnamon sticks 2
- star anis 4 -5
- small cardamom powder 1 tsp
METHOD:
In a bowl corn flour add all ingredients of mix .then coat with the corn flour and fry it .for rice in a woke add oil and fry onion .then add ginger garlic paste and green chili paste and roast .then add all the ingredients and roast then boil and cook .after this add rice and cook and then leave on dum .finally remove in serving dish and place the fried fish and serve it .
Ingredients:
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Chopped green coriander 1 tbsp
- Chopped green chili 1 tbsp
- Water as required
- Oil for frying
Ingredients for gravy:
- Oil ¼ cup
- Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Onion paste ¼ cup
- Tomato puree ½ cup
- Salt as required
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- chopped Green coriander 1 tbsp
- small green chilies 3 – 4
- water as required
METHOD:
In a bowl add all the batter ingredients and make the batter .after his in a frying pan add some oil and heat it .then add gram flour batter pour then cook on low heat .after this fold and cook .now cut the three pieces and set a side .then in a woke add oil heat then add the ginger garlic paste and sauté it .now add all the gravy ingredients and cook it .when oil come on surface then add the green coriander and green chili and further cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Finally add ultay and pultay and serve it.

- Chicken mince 500 grams
- Bread slice 1 slice
- Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chili paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt as required
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Peanut roasted ¼ cup
- Green coriander chopped 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
METHOD:
In a bowl add chicken except peanut and green coriander add all the ingredients mix. then add in a chopper and grind it. now in this mixture add green coriander and peanuts then make medium size kabab and then heat the oil and fry the kabab.
