Ingredients:
- Beef Mince ½ kg
- Boiled spaghetti 1 packet
- Tomatoes 375 gm
- Green chilies 10
- Onion 2
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Capsicum 2
- Red chili 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Green coriander 1 bunch
Method:
Heat oil and add ginger garlic paste. Now add mince and cook on high flame. Then add onion, tomatoes, green chilies, cumin, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, capsicum and red chili, the cover. Now add boiled spaghetti and mix when water dries then sprinkle green coriander and serve.
Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken ½ kg
- Green Chilies Paste 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Black Peppper 1 tsp
- Shashlik Sticks as required
- Oil (for frying) as required
For Gravy:
- Onion Paste 2
- Yogurt s 250 gms
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cream ½ cup
- Garlic Cloves 6
- Tomatoes 2
- Green Chilies 10
- Butter 50 gms
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
• Marinate chicken with green chilies paste, ginger garlic paste, sat, egg , black pepper and mix.
• Now put on shashlik sticks and fry in heat oil, take it out.
• In a blender, blended yogurt, salt, garlic, green chilies and tomatoes.
• In a wok, heat oil add butter onion paste and fry.
• Add yogurt mixture and fry.
• Removes from the stove, add fried boti and cream.
Ingredients:
- Milk 1 ½ kg
- Carrots grated ½ kg
- Sugar 1 cup
- Rice (boiled) ½ cup
- Green Cardamom Powder 1 tsp
- Almonds 2tbsp
- Pistachio 2tbsp
- Silver Leaves for garnishing
- Fresh Cream 1 cup
- Vanilla Essence few drops
Method:
Grate carrots steam a little, cook milk when boil comes add carrots and grinded rice, cook till rice and carrots tender then add sugar, cook till the right consistency lastly add green cardamom powder, remove in a serving bowl garnish with almonds, pistachio and silver leaves.
