Khajoor ka Halwa Recipe | Tarka | Rida Aftab | Dessert

Ingredients:

  • Semolina ¼ cup
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Dates ½ cup
  • Raisins 2 tbsp
  • Cashew 50 gm
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp
  • Hot milk 1 cup
  • Brown sugar 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp

Method:
Roast semolina well & remove. Add dates and hot milk in blender, blend well. Add semolina in fry pan, add butter, cashew, cardamom powder, raisins, brown sugar and vanilla essence cook for 1 minute. Spread in grease tray. When it cool cut into pieces and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Fish ½ kg
  • Mustard Paste 2 tsp
  • Garlic Paste 2 tsp
  • Carom Seeds 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • All Spice Powder ½ tsp
  • Chaat Masala 1 tsp
  • Sesame Seeds 1 cup
  • Rice Flour 4 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil for Frying as required

 

Method:
• First of all take ½ kg boneless fish then add 2 tsp mustard paste, 2 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp carom seeds powder, 1-1/2 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp all spice powder, 1 tsp chaat masala. Mix well and leave it for half an hour.
• Now apply 4 tbsp rice flour.
• After this coat with 1 egg and 1 cup sesame seeds.
• In the end fry in hot oil as required.
• Delicious Dhaka Fish is ready to serve.

Ingredients for Fried Rice:

  • Rice 2 cup
  • Chopped green onion 1 cup
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Garlic peeled 6 cloves
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup

Ingredients for Prawn:

  • Prawns 1 packet
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Ketchup ½ cup
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp

Method:
Heart oil add chopped ginger, garlic and tomatoes. When its soft add prawns, crushed red chilies, salt and ketchup cook for few minute. Add chicken stock cook. Dissolved corn flour in water add in dish. Serve with fried rice.
For fried rice wash rice and soaked for ½ hour. Add water boiled rice.
