Ingredients for vanilla sponge:
- Eggs 5
- Sugar 125 gm
- Flour 125 gm
- Vanilla essence few drops
Ingredients for hazelnut ganche:
- Hazelnut spread ¼ cup
- Cream ¼ cup
Ingredients for Frosting:
- Vanilla sponge 1
- Whipped cream as required
- Milk as required
- Hazelnut ganache as required
Method:
Mixing bowl men egg or sugar dal ker beat ker len phir vanilla essence or maida dal ker fold ker len.
Ab 9×9 kay round baking pan men paper laga ker mixture dalen or pre heated oven men180c per 30 se 35 minutes kay liye bake ker len.
Ganach bananay kay liya cream or hazelnut spread ko boil men dal ker halka garam karne or mix ker len.
Frosting kay liye cream men ganach mix ker kay ek side per rakh len. Ab sponge ko center se 3 layers men kal en phir pehli layer men milk chirak ker cream lagaen phir dosri layer laga ker phir cream lagaen or phir teesri layer laga kerr puray cake per icing ker len phir ganach garam ker kay puray cake per lagaen or cake ko thanda ker len phir pastries ki shakal men kat ker serve karen.
Ingredients:
- Green peas boiled 1 cup
- Cottage cheese cubes ½ cup
- Green chili big 3 se 4
- Oil ¼ cup
- Garlic paste 1tbsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Tomato puree ½ cup
- Red chili powder 1tbsp
- Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds ½ tsp
- Fennel seeds crushed 1 tsp
- All spice ½ tsp
- asafoetida ¼ tsp
- Fresh coriander chopped for garnish
- Ginger julienne for garnish
METHOD:
Pan men oil garam ker kay garlic sauté Karen phir tamam masalay shamil ker kay
bhoon len. Phir tomato puree or dahi shamil Karen or itna pakaen kay gravy or
oil alag alag hojae phir hari michen dal ker 1 minute dum per chor den phir green
peas 0r paneer dal ker mix ker len phir hara dhania or adrak dal ker serve Karen.
Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless cubes 1 cup
- Potato cubes boiled 1 cup
- Oil 2 – 3tbsp
- Onion chopped ½ cup
- Garlic chopped 1tbsp
- Capsicum small dice ¼ cup
- Mustard paste 1 tbsp
- White pepper 1tsp
- Chicken powder 1tsp
- Salt as required
- Nutmeg 1 pinch
- Chicken stock 1 cup
- Cream ¼ cup
- Spring onion chopped 1 tbsp
Ingredients for rice:
- Boiled Rice 1 cup
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Cumin 1tsp
- Chicken powder 1tsp
METHOD:
Pan men oil garam ker kay onion ko sauté karen phir garlic dal ker ker bhoon len. Ab ab chicken dal ker fry ker len phir tamam masalay, mustard paste or chicken stock dal ker itna pakaen kay chicken gal jae phir capsicum, or cream dal ker itna pakaen kay sauce garha hojae akhir men boiled potato or spring onion dal ker mix ker len.
Rice bananay kay liye karahi men butter dal ker zeeray ko sauté Karen phir rice dal ker chicken powder or salt shamil Karen or achi tarahan mix ker len. Phir sauce ko rice kay sath serve Karen.
