Ingredients For Dough:
- Flour 320 gm
- Luke warm water 50 ml
- Salt to taste
- Yeast 7 gm
- Luke warm water 10 ml
- Olive butter 25 gm
For Topping:
- Sliced onions 4
- Sliced bell peppers 4
- Olives 1 tbsp
- Pizza sauce 2 tbsp
- Pizza cheese 85 gm
- Chicken tikka chunks ¾ cup
Method:
In a bowl add all the ingredients and knead a soft dough. Cover and allow it to rise for 45 minutes. Then press the dough flat into round shape of 10 inches. Place the dough in pan and place it in an oven. Choose Auto Menu, go to A9 Option, set the weight and press the CONFIRM/ +30S/ START button. Press stop button after 10 minutes and apply pizza sauce half of the cheese, remaining topping ingredients and rest the cheese on the top. Now again press the CONFIRM/ +30/ START button to continue baking. Remove pan from the oven after the beep sound. Serve hot with sauces.
Ingredients:
- Flour 2 cups
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Unsalted butter 8 oz
- Cocoa powder 4 tbsp
- Sugar 1 ½ cups
- Eggs 2
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Milk ½ cup
Method :
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter. Mix the cocoa powder in. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl. Beat the remaining 12 tablespoons of butter with the sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla essence and mix well. Gradually mix in the flour mixture to the batter. Mix the milk into the batter. Take half of the batter and mix it into the butter-cocoa mixture until fully combined. Pour the cocoa batter into a greased and lined loaf pan. Gently spoon the plain cake batter into the loaf pan. Using a tip of a knife swirl the batter gently for a few seconds. Bake at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes. Check using a skewer and let bake if not yet done. Let cool before removing from loaf pan.
