Ingredients:
- Cabbage 1 cup sliced
- Carrot 1 julienne
- Capsicum 1 julienne
- Onion 1 raw grinded
- French beans ½ cup chopped
- Milk ½ cup
- Green chilies 3 chopped
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Allspice ½ tsp
- Orange color a pinch
- Butter 2 ounce
- Oil ¼ cup
- Cream 1 tbsp
- Salt ¾ tsp
- Cottage cheese 2 tbsp mashed or grated
- Sambal oleak 1 tbsp
- Coconut cream powder 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves as required
- Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
METHOD:
Heat oil and butter, add onion paste, fry for 5 mins, add chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, sambal oleak, ginger garlic and green chilies, fry well, add in all the veggies with salt, cover and cook till half done, add mashed paneer, milk, allspice, orange color, sweet chili sauce, coriander leaves, cook for another 10 mins, lastly fry 3-4 green chilies, slit in halves, garnish on top.
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken cubes ½ kg
- Tikka masala 1 tbsp
- Oil ½ cup + 1 cup
- Tomatoes 2 blended
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Cream ½ cup
- Grated cheddar cheese 1 tbsp
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp
- Desiccated coconut 1 tsp heaped
- Sambal oleak 1 tbsp
- Siracha sauce 1 tbsp
METHOD:
Marinate boneless chicken cubes with tikka masala and ¼ cup oil and sambal oleak for 30 mins, heat ½ cup oil in a handi, add ginger garlic paste, tomato paste, blended tomatoes, fry well till thick, add butter and marinated chicken, cook till chicken done, then add grated cheddar cheese, seasonings and coconut.Lastly add ½ cup cream, cook for another 10 mins, give dum of coal, serve with nan.
