Ingredients:
- 4 Cucumber
- 12 leaves green coriander
- 4 green chilies
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 4 tbsp red syrup
- for garnish cucumber
- as required ice
Method:
All ingredients mix blend and serve with cucumber slice.
Ingredients :
- Beef mince ½ kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Gram flour 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Orange powder 1tsp
Ingredients for Achaari Masala:
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Onion seeds 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds ½ tsp
- Whole Red chilies 6
- Curry leaves 10
Ingredients for gravy:
- Oil ½ cup
- Brown onion ground 3tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Orange juice 1 cup
METHOD:
For kofta all ingredients mix in chopper and grind well then make balls and set aside. Now all achar masala ingredients mix and grind it.
Heat oil. Add curry leaves, ½ tsp onion seeds, and whole red chilies. Add ginger garlic paste, yogurt, ground Achari Masala, 6 green chilies; also add salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and brown onion. Fry well. Add 1 cup juice Cook till boiling. Add koftas. Cook for 10 minutes. Serve with chopped coriander leaves and naan.
For filling ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 2 tbsp water
Other ingredients:
- 6 -4 Jalapeno
- as required Manda patti
- for frying oil
Method:
All filling ingredients mix. Then cut the jalapeno and fill the mixture then fold in manda patti and fry in oil.
