Ingredients:
- Chicken ½ kg
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Tomatoes ½ kg
- Green chilies 8-10
- Clarified butter ¾ cup
- Chaat masala 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Coal 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Green coriander ½ bunch
Ingredient for Rice:
- Rice ½ kg
- Salt to taste
- Mix all spice 1 tbsp
- Screw pine essence few drops
- Yellow food color 2 pinches
- Milk 4 tbsp
- Clarified butter 4 tbsp
Method:
Marinate chicken with yogurt. Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric and ½ cup of water cook till done. Add chicken fry well. Add green chilies, chaat masala, lemon juice and green

- Semolina 1 cup
- Gram flour ½ cup
- Whole dried milk ¾ cup
- Sugar 3 cup
- Clarified butter 1 cup
- Yellow color 1 pinch
- Cardamom 4-5
- Mix dry fruit as required
- Sterling silver leaf 1
- Screw pine essence 3-4 drops
Method:
Add 2 cup water, yellow food color and 2 cardamom in sugar and cook on low flame till sugar dissolves. Sauté semolina and gram flour separately. Then add in sugar syrup mix well and cook on high flame. When boil comes then leave on dum. When semolina gets done then add Whole dried milk mix dry fruit and screw pine essence. Now take out in dish put sterling silver leave and serve.
