Marination ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Chili sauce ½ cup
- Roasted cumin 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Vinegar ½ cup
- All spices powder 1 tsp
- Chaat masala ½ tsp
For coating:
- Flour rice ½ cup
- Flour ½ cup
- Cool water as required
- Oil for frying
Method:
In chicken all chicken marination ingredients mix and leave for whole night. then strain it and remove all water. then rice flour and flour mix and chicken coat it. then dip in cool water then remove and again coat it. finally heat oil and fry deep.
Ingredients:
- Biscuits 2 rolls
- Condensed milk 1 tin
- Bananas 4
- Cream beaten 1 packet
- Butter 50 grams
Method:
Condensed milk pours in pressure cooker and then add water and cook for ½ an hour. When cool then mix cream. Then crushed the biscuits and add the butter. Then set in the serving tray. After this in cream mixture add chopped bananas and mix then add in serving try and set.
Ingredients:
- Chicken seekh kabab 1 packet
- Capsicums 250 grams
- Chili garlic sauce ½ cup
- Soy sauce ½ cup
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
Method:
Kabab fry and all ingredients mix and serve.
