Ingredients:
- Beef boneless 300 gm
- Papaya 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Fried onion 2 tbsp
- Gram flour 1 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Mustard oil 4 tbsp
For Roll Paratha:
- Paratha 3
- Green chutney as required
- Mayonaise as required
- Onion slice as required
Method:
Marinate beef with papaya for whole night. Add remaining ingredients keep for 2 hour. Heat oil fry marinated beef boneless. Keep fried boti on paratha then chutney, onion and mayonnaise. Roll and serve.
Ingredients:
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Fried onion 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Kashmiri red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Crushed fenugreek 1 tsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Cilantro to garnish
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Ingredients for Kofta:
- Grated cottage cheese 1 cup
- Chopped cilantro 1 tbsp
- Green chili chopped 1
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- White pepper powder 1/4 tsp
- Egg 1
- Oil for frying
Method:
Mix all ingredients of kofta, form into balls. Heat oil and golden fry them. Blend fried onion and yogurt. Add ginger garlic paste in oil, blended fried onion yogurt salt, chili and coriander roasted well. Add as required water, fenugreek, meat balls and all spice powder cook for 5 minute. Serve with cream.
