Ingredients:

  • Butter 115 gm
  • Caster sugar 285 gm
  • Eggs 3
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 2 tsp
  • Baking soda 2 tsp
  • Flour 275 gm
  • Oil 120 ml
  • Mango (peeled and large) 1
  • Desiccated coconut 85 gm
  • Raisins 65 gm

 

METHOD:
In a bowl sieve all the dry ingredients. Then in another bowl beat butter and sugar together until well combined. Now add eggs and beat well. Then add oil and the sieved dry ingredients, mix properly. Now add mango and fold well. Place it in a loaf and add coconut and raisins on top. Bake it in an oven on 180 c for about 15 minutes. Serve.

INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH:

  • Flour 350 gm
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yeast 7 gm
  • Caster sugar 1 tbsp
  • Bread improver 1/2 tsp
  • Milk powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Water as required

FOR THE FILLING:

  • Chicken 200 gm
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Cheese 50 gm
  • Green masala 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tbsp
  • Dry onion 4 tbsp

 

METHOD:
For the dough, in a bowl add all the dry ingredients and form a dough with the help of water. Leave it for proofing, for a while.
For the filling, heat oil and cook the chicken well. Then add salt and all the spices. Mix properly. Now add 2 tbsp dry onion, mix well and allow it to cool. Then make the balls out of the dough and spread evenly. Now add the filling and give the bread shape. Then again leave it for a while for proofing. Now brush the bread with eggs and sprinkle dry onion and oregano. Bake it in an oven on 200 c. Serve.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Butter 115 gm
  • Caster sugar 25 gm
  • Flour 115 gm
  • Corn flour 50 gm
  • Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
  • Almonds (chopped) 20 gm
  • Icing sugar 25 gm (for sprinkling)

METHOD:
In a bowl add all the ingredients, mix well and make a dough. Then make the balls out of the dough and place it on the baking tray. Bake it in an oven on 160 c for about 30-35 minutes. Lastly sprinkle the icing sugar and serve.
