Ingredients:
- Chicken ½ kg cut into 2 tikka pcs (1 leg 1 breats and give cuts)
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Worcester sauce 1 tbsp
Other Ingredients:
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Burnt sugar syrup 2 tbsp
- Chicken stock 1 cup
- Hp sauce 1 tbsp
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Cream ½ cup
Vegetables to Serve:
- Carrot as required cut into fingers like fries (boiled)
- Potatoes as required cut into fingers like fries (boiled)
- Beetroot as required cut into fingers like fries (boiled)
METHOD:
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic, salt, crushed black pepper and worcester sauce. Heat ¼ cup oil, fry chicken pieces till light golden and half done, add in 2 tbsp flour, fry for 2 mins, add burnt sugar syrup, stock, all the sauces, seasonings, cover and cook covered till chicken done.Lastly add fresh cream, serve chicken in a rice dish with boiled veggies slices.
Ingredients:
- Mutton ½ kg
- Oil ½ cup
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
- Corianderpowder 1 tsp
- Brown onion ½ cup
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Lady finger 250 gm remove tail and top, slightly fry till golden
METHOD:
Heat oil fry ginger garlic paste with mutton fry well, add all the spices mixed with yogurt, fry well, add 2 cups water, cook till mutton gets tender and little gravy left, add fried lady finger, allspice, leave it on dum, serve with roti.
Ingredients:
- Pineapple juice 1 cup
- Fresh cream ½ cup
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Crushed ice 1 cup
- Coconut milk ½ cup
- Mango 1 cup chopped
- Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
METHOD:
Blend all together and serve chill.
