Ingredients:
- Mint 1 bunch
- Onion 1 chopped
- Green chilies 6
- Salt ½ tsp heaped
- Raw mangoes 1 cup chopped
- White cumin ½ tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
METHOD:
Blend all together in the blender with ¼ cup water until smooth, serve with kofta.
Ingredients:
- Undercut whole beef 100 gm cubes
- Coriander leaves grinded 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 6 grinded
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Raw papaya 1 ½ tsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Cumin crushed 1 tsp
- Red pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
Ingredients for Garlic Sauce:
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- Cream 1 tbsp heaped
- Garlic paste ½ tsp
- Salt & pepper a pinch
- Onion 1 sliced
- Mint leaves as required
Ingredients for Puri Paratha:
- Fine flour 2 cups
- Salt ½ tsp heaped
- Egg 1
- Powder milk 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Water to knead
METHOD FOR PARATHA:
Put all the ingredients together and knead the dough into medium consistency, leave it for 1 hour, make into parathas and shallow fry.
METHOD FOR GARLIC SAUCE:
Mix all the ingredients keep aside.
METHOD FOR FILLING:
Marinate undercut with all the given ingredients for 2 hours, pan fry in ¼ cup oil, give dum of coal and make paratha rolls as shown.
Ingredients:
- Chicken mince ½ kg
- Onion 1 cup finely chopped
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Roasted gram flour 4 tbsp
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
- Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Green chilies chopped 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
METHOD:
Chopperised mince very well, mix in it all the above, make into small koftas and deep fry, serve with chutney.
