Ingredients:
- White chickpeas boiled 1 cup

- Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Ingredients:
- Beef with bone 750 gm
- Rice 500 gm
- Oil ½ cup
- Onion sliced ½ cup
- Tomato sliced ½ cup
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Salt as required
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin crushed 1 tbsp
- Whole coriander crushed 1 tbsp
- Saffron essence few drops
- Dried plum 8-10
- Green chilies julienned 2-3

Pan men oil garma ker kay piyaz ko golden brown ker len phir lehsan or adrak ka paste dal ker beef kay sath fry ker len phirpani dal ke dhakan laga den of beef kog alnay chor den jab beef gal jae to tomato, dahi or tamam sukhany masalay dal ker achi tarhan bhoon len phirpani dal ker ubalanay den jab ubala jae t chawal dal ker itna pakaen kay pani chawal ki satah per ajae phir zarfan essence dal ker15 se 20 minutes kay liye dum per chor den.

Pan men oil garma ker kay piyaz ko golden brown ker len phir lehsan, adrak or hari mirchon ka paste dal ker fry ker len phir sukhay masalay, tomato, dahi dal ker achi tarhan masalay ko bhoon len jab oil alag ho jae to loki dal ker thora sa pani shamil Karen or loki ko galnay den phir dal shamil kerkay butter, cream or hari mirchen shamil Karen achi tarhan bhoonlen itna kay oil alag hojae phir dhania or adrak dal ker serve Karen.
