Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince ½ kg
  • Fenugreek leaves ½ kg
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Onions (sliced) 2
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon 1 stick
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Green chilies 10 (small)
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

 

Method:
Heat oil in a wok and fry cinnamon, bay leaf, cumin, ginger garlic and sliced onions. Then add chicken mince and 1 cup water. Cover and cook until the water dries. Now add tomatoes, fenugreek leaves, black pepper, turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder and coriander powder. Mix and cook well. Lastly add green chilies and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Capsicum ½ kg
  • Boneless chicken ½ kg
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Almond paste 1 tbsp
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Onion ground 1 cup
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Oil 4 tbsp

 

Method:
Heat oil add ground onion, curry leaves, salt, red chili, green chili paste and garlic powder cook well. Add boneless chicken and yogurt cook. When chicken dries out add cream and lemon juice turn off the flame. Add prepared batter in capsicum. Heat butter add capsicum cover and cook for 15 minute. When it soft serve with rice.

Ingredients:

  • Chickpeas (boiled) ½ kg
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp

For Tikka Masala:

  • Chicken tikka boti 1 packet
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Onion (chopped) 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chicken tikka masala 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 2-3
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Green chilies as required
  • Fresh coriander as required

 

Method:
In a bowl add boiled chickpeas, red chili powder, salt, yogurt, cream and chaat masala. Mix well and set aside. Then heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken tikka boti. Now in a wok heat oil and fry onion and bay leaves. Then add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, fried chicken tikka boti, chicken tikka masala and cumin. Cook well. Now place it into a serving dish and add green chilies and butter. Lastly garnish the dish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
