Ingredients:
- Eggs 6
- Coconut crushed ½ cup
- Sugar ½ cup
- Clarified butter ¼ cup
- Cardamoms 2-3
- Whole dried milk ¼ cup
- Raisins 8-10
- Almonds 8-10
METHOD:
Take a mixing bowl and add egg, crushed coconut, clarified butter, sugar in it then mix it, now take a pan and add some quantity of clarified butter and cardamom and fry it, after that add egg mixture in it and cook it with low smoke and add some Raisins on it once halwa become thick add almonds in it and serve hot.
Ingredients:
- Oil ¼ cup
- Onion Chopped ½ cup
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Tomato chopped 1 cup
- Green chilies chopped 2-3
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Mutton brain boiled 2-3
- Mutton kidney boiled 8-10
- Salt as required
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
- Cumin crushed 1 tbsp
- Fenugreek 1 tsp
- Butter 2-3tbsp
- Cream 3-4 cups
- Ginger julienned for garnish
- Green coriander chopped for garnish
METHOD:
Boil Mutton kidney and brain in the water of turmeric and ginger garlic paste and change the water 2-3 times
Now take a pan add chopped onion in it and cook until it becomes brown, add mutton kidney and brain and some quantity of garlic and ginger paste, cook well after that add tomato, yogurt and all the spices and mix it, cover and cook after 5-7 minutes cook it well after that add butter and cream and cook it until oil and gravi separated now add coriander and garlic over the top and serve it
Ingredients:
- Chicken with bone 250 gm
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Chicken powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Chaat masala ½ tsp
- Cinnamon stick 1-2
- Cardamoms 2-3
- Corn flour as required
- Water 1 liter
METHOD:
Wash chicken well, add it in pan with water and all the spices in it, cook well. Now sieve stock put in another pan. Add shredded pieces of chicken in stock in the end add corn flour in stock to make stock thick
Ingredients:
- Milk 1 cup
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Cream 2-3tbsp
- Salt as required
- Chicken powder 1 tsp
- White pepper ¼ tsp
- Boiled pasta 1 cup
- Chicken Nuggets 6 – 8
- Oil for frying
METHOD:
Add flour in pan and sauté it, and then add butter for roux Add milk cook till it becomes thicken. Now add salt, chicken powder, white chili and mix well. Add boiled pasta and mix it after that add cream and chicken nuggets and mix. Remove in serving dish, add nuggets and serve.
