Ingredients:
- Egg noodles boiled &fried 2 cups
- Carrot 1
- Onion sliced 1
- Capsicum 1
- Spring onion 2
- Cabbage sliced 1 ½ cup
- Oil ¼ cup
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Stock ½ cup
- Corn flour dissolved 1 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil add chopped garlic with all vegetables, fry for 2 mins, add seasonings, sauces, stock, cook till boiling, lastly thicken with corn flour paste and remove. Put noodles in a platter, top with sauce, garnish with greens and serve immediately.
Ingredients:
- Cabbage sliced ½ cup
- Carrot julienne ½ cup
- Spring onion leaves chopped ½ cup
- Coriander leaves chopped ½ cup
- Lettuce leaves chopped 3 tbsp
- Mushroom sliced 5 – 6
- Stock 8 cups
- Sweet corn ½ cup
- Corn flour dissolved 4 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
Method:
Heat stock, add seasonings, when stock boiling add all the vegetables, cook for 5 mins, thicken soup with corn flour, before serving add in your green vegetables.
Ingredients:
- Cabbage finely chopped 1 ½ cup
- Carrot finely chopped ½ cup
- Onion finely chopped ½ cup
- Capsicum finely chopped ½ cup
- Spring onion finely chopped ½ cup
Ingredients for batter :
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Egg 1 or 2
- Water 2 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
Ingredients for sauce:
- Oil ¼ cup
- Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 2
- Vinegar ¼ cup
- Sweet chili sauce ¼ cup
- Schezwan sauce 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Stock 1 ½ cup
- Orange color pinch
- Corn flour dissolved 1 tbsp
Method for vegetable balls:
Cut all the vegetables into tiny cubes, mix with all the given ingredients, make into thick batter, form into dumplings, deep fry until done about 5 mins, remove and keep aside.
Method for sauce:
Heat oil, fry crushed garlic add green chilies, fry for 1 min, add stock with all the seasonings, color, when boiling thicken with corn flour paste, add fried vegetable balls, mix, serve with rice.

- Tikka chunks 1packet
- Boiled rice ½ kg
- Carrot 1 chopped in small cubes
- Onion 1 finely chopped
- Spring onion chopped 1 cup
- Eggs 2
- Sambal oleak 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
- Oil ¼ cup
Method:
Heat oil add beaten eggs, fry for 2 mins, add in chopped onions, fry for 2 mins, then add sauces, dry spices with boiled rice, mix all well, add chopped vegetables, mix well and serve.
