Ingredients:

  • Semolina 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Cardamoms 4 to 5
  • Dry fruits to serve
  • Water 1 cup
  • Eggs 2 beaten

 

 

Method:
First of all take milk and soaked semolina in it for 4 to 5 hours.
Now take 1 cup of water in utensil on it and add sugar in to it to make syrup
Take the ghee into utensil on stove and fry cardamoms.
Add soaked semolina and milk into it and move spoon in to it gently.
When semolina changed color into brown now add the syrup in to it and cook.
When get dry, add eggs and cook for a while, turn off the stove.
Dish out the halwa. Garnish with chopped nuts

Ingredients for Methi Kofta

  • Fenugreek 1 cup
  • Carrot grated 1 cup
  • Boiled mashed potato 1/2 cup
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Green chili 2 minced
  • Red chili crushed 1 tsp
  • All spice powder ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cilantro 2 tbsp
  • Oil for fry

Ingredients for Gravy:

  • Onion fried (ground) 1 large
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Tomato 2 pureed
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:
Mix all the ingredients for kofta and make a kofta
In a shallow pan, heat oil and fry the methi koftas. Set aside.
In a wide wok, heat oil and add ginger-garlic paste then fried onion and followed by tomato puree.
Further add powdered spices cover and cook. Once oil shows up on the top, remove from heat. Add the fried koftas to it
Serve warm
