Ingredients:
- Pumpkin 2 kg
- Whole dried milk 250 gm
- Coconut (sliced) 100 gm
- Almonds 50 gm
- Dried milk 1 cup
- Clarified butter 375 gm
- Sugar 250 gm
- Cardamoms 6
- Screw pine water few drops
- Milk 1 cup
- Sliver paper 2
Method:
In the pumpkin add milk and cook well together. Then add clarified butter and cook properly. Now add sugar and cook well. Once the sugar water gets dry add screw pine water, coconut, cardamoms and dried milk. Mix well. Then remove it from the heat and add whole dried milk and almonds. Mix well. Lastly add sliver paper and serve hot.
Ingredients:
- Mutton (boiled) ½ kg
- Onion (ground) 1 cup
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Tomatoes 2
- Green chilies 6
- Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Red chili flakes ½ tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Cream ½ cup
- Oil ½ cup
- Fresh coriander as required
Method:
Heat oil and fry the garlic well. Then add ground onion and fry well. Now add turmeric powder, salt, green chilies, red chili powder, red chili flakes, black pepper, all spice powder and ginger garlic. Mix well. Now grind tomatoes and yogurt. Add to the mixture and cook well. Then add mutton and cream. Cover and cook properly. Serve hot.
