Ingredients:
- Cake mix 1 packet
- Eggs 3
- Water ½ cup
- Oil ½ cup
- Cooking chocolate 100 gm
- Chocolate chips 2 tbsp
Method:
In a bowl add eggs, cake mix, water and oil. Beat well. Then pour the batter onto the greased baking dish and bake it in an oven on 180 c for about 30 minutes. Allow it to cool. Now melt the chocolate on double boiler and pour it onto the cake. Lastly sprinkle chocolate chips and serve.
Ingredients:
- Chicken ½ kg
- Onions 2
- Tomatoes 4
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Ginger 1 piece
- Garlic 10 cloves
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Nutmeg 1 piece
- Mace 1 piece
- Fresh coriander ½ bunch
- Green chilies 4
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
In a pot add 4 cups of water, onions, tomatoes, ginger garlic, green chilies, nutmeg, mace, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and coriander powder. Cook well. Then allow it to cool and grind it well. Now add this mixture to the wok and cook well on hot oil. Then add chicken and water. Cook for about half an hour on low flame. Lastly add green chilies and fresh coriander. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
- Chicken shots 1 packet
- Green chilies 6
- Capsicums 250 gm
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup ½ cup
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Water ½ cup
- Oil as required
Method:
Heat oil and fry the chicken shots. Then remove it and set aside. Now heat 2 tbsp oil and fry the garlic well. Then add chili sauce, soy sauce and tomato ketchup. Cook until the mixture gets to boil. Now add fried chicken shots, capsicums and green chilies. Cook for another a minute. Lastly dish out and serve hot.
