Ingredients:
- Kidney beans ½ kg
- Onion 1
- Turmeric 1tsp
- Salt 1tsp
- Ginger garlic 2tbsp
- Tamarind juice 1cup
- Coriander powder 2tsp
- Bay leaf 1
- Cinnamon 1piece
- Red chili powder 2tsp
- All spice ½ tsp
- Round red chili 4
- Curry leaves 6
- Oil ½ cup
- Cumin 1tsp
Method:
Wash and soak kidney beans , now in pressure cooker add kidney beans , chili powder , salt , turmeric , ginger garlic , onion , coriander powder and whole spice cook on low flame , when it start tender stir well , now add tamarind juice , now heat oil add bay leaf , curry leaves , cinnamon and red chilies give tempering and add in beans , serve .

- Beef ½ kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Small cardamom 2
- Large cardamom 2
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Cloves 4
- Yogurt 1-1/2 grams
- Red Kashmiri chilies 2 tsp
- Whole black pepper 1 tsp
- Cinnamon 1 piece
- Bay leaves 1
- Oil 1 cup
- Onion 250 grams
- Green coriander, green chilies chopped as required
- Turmeric ½ tsp
Method:
Firstly small cardamom ,large cardamom ,fennel seeds and black pepper crush thickly .now add yogurt ,crushed masala ,kashmiri red chili ,salt ,bay leaves ,cinnamon ,ginger ,turmeric and garlic add and mix .after this heat oil and fry onion then add masala and meat add and cook on low heat .when meat tender then well roast then add 2 cup of water mix .finally add green chilies and green coriander and serve .

- Cream 2 tbsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Green chili 1
- Green coriander 1 tbsp
