Ingredients:
- Large onions 4
- Gram flour ½ cup
- Corn flour ½ cup
- Rice flour ½ cup
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Baking soda ¼ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Chaat masala as required
- Oil (for frying) as required
- Chili sauce 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 1 tsp
- Ketchup for serving
Method:
In a bowl, add gram flour, corn flour, rice flour, cumin, red chili powder, red chili flakes, baking soda, chili sauce, soy sauce and salt. Mix well and make a thick paste. Now cut onions in a ring shape and dip it in a mixture. Coat well. Then heat oil in a wok and fry until golden brown. In the end, sprinkle chaat masala and serve with ketchup.
Ingredients:
- Fish ½ kg
- Lemon grass ½ tsp
- Fish sauce 2 tbsp
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Coconut milk 2 cups
- Red chilies 4
- Green chilies 2
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 2 tsp
- Lemon leaves 4-6
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Onion 1
- Oil 4-5 tbsp
- Mustard paste 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
In the fish add mustard paste. Then heat oil and fry the onion. Now in a blender add garlic, cumin, red chilies, green chilies, lemon juice and fresh coriander. Blend it well. Then in a pan add this mixture and water. Now add fish and coconut milk. Cook on a low flame. Then add lemon grass, fish sauce, salt and lemon leaves. Mix well and serve hot.

- Rice 1/2 kg
- Potatoes 1/2 kg
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Yellow color a pinch
- Green onions 250 gm
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Chopped green chilies 2
- Eggs 2
Method:
Cut potatoes and fry it well in hot oil. Remove and set aside. Then whisk eggs and add yellow color. Mix well and fry it in hot oil. Now heat oil and sauté garlic. Then add rice along with black pepper, salt and soy sauce. Mix well, cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Lastly add to the serving dish and add fried green onions, potatoes, eggs and green chilies. Serve hot.
