Ingredients:
- Prawns 300 grams
- Coconut milk ¾ cup
- Bay leaves 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chopped onion 1
- Onion paste 2 tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- All spices powder ½ tsp
- Cream 2 tbsp.
- Cashew nuts paste 1-1/2 tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Whole red chili powder 5-6
Method:
Heat butter and sauté prawns .now fry bay leaves .then whole red chili and chopped onion fry .now add ginger garlic paste ,salt ,chili ,turmeric ,coconut milk ,onion paste and yogurt add and masala roast .then add almond powder or cashew powder and cream add and mix .when masala thick then add cumin powder and sauté prawns mix and leave on dum for 5 minutes .finally remove and garnish with green coriander and serve .

- Whole fish 1
- Crush ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Crushed green chili 1 tbsp
- Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Caraway powder 2 pinch
- Dried fenugreek 1 tbsp
- Mustard oil ½ cup
- Rice flour 1 tbsp
- Gram flour 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Yellow color 1 pinch
- Lemon slices serving
Method:
Cut the mark on fish and apply all ingredients and then leave for whole night. Then heat oil and fry on tawa, when it’s come color then remove then garnish with onion rings and lemon slices then serve .
