Ingredients:
- Eggs 3
- Sugar 75 gm
- Flour 65 gm
- Corn flour 10 gm
- Strawberry puree 20 gm
- Red food color 2 drops
- Strawberry cream 250 gm
For Decoration:
- Fresh strawberries as required
- Kiwi as required
- Chocolate ganache as required
- Peppermint as required
Method:
In a bowl add eggs and sugar. Beat well. Then add red food color and strawberry puree, mix well. Now in the flour add corn flour. Add to the egg mixture and fold it properly. Then add this batter in the greased 7×7 baking pan. Bake it in an oven at 180 c. Now in a bowl beat strawberry cream. Then cut the cake into 4-5 layers. Add strawberry cream. Lastly garnish the strawberry cake with fresh strawberries, kiwi, chocolate ganache and peppermint. Serve.
Ingredients For Sweet Paste:
- Icing sugar 87 gm
- Butter 162 gm
- Egg 1
- Salt a pinch
- Vanilla powder 2 pinches
- Flour 250 gm
For Coconut Filling:
- Sugar 65 gm
- Milk 60 gm
- Egg 1
- Vanilla essence 2 drops
- Butter (melted) 30 gm
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Coconut powder 100 gm
Method:
For Sweet Pasta:
In a bowl add icing sugar and butter. Beat well. Then add egg and beat properly. Now add flour, vanilla powder and salt. Fold well. Then allow this mixture to cool in the fridge. Now in the tart shells add this mixture and give shapes.
For Coconut Filling:
In a bowl beat together sugar, milk, vanilla essence, egg and melted butter. Then add coconut powder and baking powder. Mix well and do the filling with this mixture in the tart. Lastly bake it in an oven at 170 c for 20 minutes. Serve.

- Butter 162 gm
- Egg 1
- Salt a pinch
- Vanilla powder 2 pinches
- Flour 250 gm
For Chocolate Hazelnut Icing:
- Cream 113 gm
- Hazelnut 125 gm
- Butter 50 gm
Method:
For Sweet Pasta:
In a bowl add icing sugar and butter. Beat well. Then add egg and beat properly. Now add flour, vanilla powder and salt. Fold well. Then allow this mixture to cool in the fridge. Now in the tart shells add this mixture and give shapes. Then bake it in a preheated oven. Remove and set aside.
For Chocolate Hazelnut Icing:
In a pan add together cream, hazelnut and butter. Cook well. Then leave it to rest for about at least 6 hours. Lastly pipe the baked tarts with this icing and serve.

For Lemon Curd:
- Egg yolk 100 gm
- Sugar 100 gm
- Butter 100 gm
- Lemon juice ½ tsp
Method:
For Sweet Paste:
In a bowl add icing sugar and butter. Beat well. Then add egg and beat properly. Now add flour, vanilla powder and salt. Fold well. Then allow this mixture to cool in the fridge. Now in the tart shells add this mixture and give shapes. Then bake it in a preheated oven. Remove and set aside.
For Lemon Curd:
In a pan add egg yolk, sugar, butter and lemon juice. Cook well. Then allow it to cool. Lastly pipe the lemon curd in the baked tarts. Serve.

- Custard 50 gm
