Ingredients:
Roasted and grinded ingredients:
- Peanuts 2 tbsp
- Sesame 2 tbsp
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds ¼ tsp
- Dry coconut 2 tbsp
For salan:
- Garlic ginger 1tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Chili 12
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Curry leaves few
- Onion paste ½ cup
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Chilipowder 1 tsp
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Tamarind extract 1/4 cup
- Jaggery 1 tsp
- Water 1 cup
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Method:
In a large woke heat oil and sauté chilies Sauté on medium flame until the blisters appear on chili. Keep aside. In the same oil, splutter mustard, cumin and few curry leaves. Add onion and sauté on medium flame. Now keeping the flame on low, add turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder and salt. Sauté on low flame until the spices turn aromatic. Now add the prepare masala paste and mix well. Add tamarind extract and jaggery and mix well. Further, add fried chili and mix adjusting consistency as required. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the oil separates. Add2 tbsp coriander and mix well combining well. Serve.

- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Flour 1cup
- Black onion seeds 4 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
Method:
Knead a dough with wheat flour, flour , salt, black onion seeds, oil and water.
Take small balls and roll to make parathas. finally fry with oil and Serve hot.

- Beef minced 300gm
- Finely chopped onion 1/2 cup
- Chopped green pepper 1/4 cup
- Tomato paste 2 cups
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Garlic crushed 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Eggs beaten 2
- Butter melted 1 tbsp
- Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
- Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
Oil main pyaz add kar k sautekarenphrQeemalehsan add karenpakansath hi salt green paper oregano chilli flakes add kar k pakan tomato sauce add karen or 5 minute or paka ln.
Speghiti eggs butter mix kar ln or 9 inch pie dish main bicha ln sides main bhiphrqeema k layer lagan or opersa cheese add kar k bake kar ln 20 minutes k lia or serve karen.
