Ingredients:

  • Vermicelli 200 gm
  • Sugar 200 gm
  • Fresh milk 250 gm
  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Whole dried milk 1 cup
  • Green cardamoms 3-4
  • Almonds and pistachios as required
  • Screw pine essence as required
  • Sterling silver leaves as required

Method:
Heat clarified butter and fry green cardamoms. Add in vermicelli, fry well. Once the vermicelli changes its color, add sugar and milk. Cook and allow the mixture to boil. Then add 1 tbsp lemon juice and cook well. After 5 minutes add whole dried milk, cover and cook well. Once the vermicelli is cooked add screw pine essence. Lastly dish out and garnish with almond, pistachios and sterling silver paper.
