Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless fillet 500gm
  • Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chili big chopped 2 to 3
  • Fresh coriander chopped 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Onion chopped ½ cup
  • Cheese shredded ¼ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp

Ingredients for coating:

  • Flour as required
  • Eggs 2 to 3
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin cutter 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying

Method:
Chicken fillet kay bareek slices kaal lain. Ab ek mixing bowl men lehsan, hari mirch or tamam ajza dal ker mix ker kay filling bana lain. Ab chicken fillet ko per filling rakh ker fold ker kay thori dair kay liye fridge men rakh den ab dosray mixing bowl men bread crumbs, chicken powder or zeera dal ker mix ker lain.
Ab chcken ko mayday se coat ker kay anday men dip karen or phir bread crumbs laga ker low flame per 6 se 8 minutes tak deep fry ker lain jab golden color ajae to nikal lain.

Ingredients for Filling:

  • Elbow macaroni boiled ½ cup
  • Cabbage small diced ¼ cup
  • Carrot small diced ¼ cup
  • Capsicum small dices ¼ cup
  • Chicken boiled shredded ¼ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Chili sauce 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 to 3 tbsp

Ingredients for dough:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White cumin cutter 1 tsp
  • Clarified butter 4 tbsp
  • Water 8 tbsp
  • Oil or clarified butter for frying

Method:
Filling bananay kay liye pan men chili sauce, soya sauce or chicken dal ker sauté ker lain phir tamam masalay or tamam sabziyan dal ker 1 se 2 minutes tak paka ker thanda ker lain.
Samosa dough bananay kay liye mixing bowl men melted ghees, pani, namak or zeera dal ker achi tarhan mix ker lain phir maida dal ker aata goondh lain phir dough ko 10 minutes ka rest dough ko bail lain or cutter se kat ker darmiyan men filling rakhen or d shape bana ker samosay ki sides ko seal ker den isi tarhan saray samosay bana lain.
Ab karahi men ghee garam ker kay dhimi aanch per samosay fry ker lain jab golden color ajae to nikal lain.

  • Finger chips ¼ cup
  • Carrot julienne ¼ cups
  • Potato julienne ¼ cups
  • Green chili julienne 1 to 2
  • Fresh coriander chopped 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Szechuan sauce:

  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili crushed 1 tsp
  • White pepper ¼ tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp

Method:
Pan men oil garam ke kay chicken, hari mirchen, aaloo or gajar ko alag alag fry ker kay crispy ker lain.
Sauce bananay kay liye mixing bowl men sauce kay tamam ajza dal ker mix ker lain.
Ab serving dish men fry ki huee chicken or sabziyan dal ker upper se szechuan sau dalen phir finger chips or hara dhanai dal ker serve karen.
