Ingredients:
- Flour 1 ½ cup
- Cocoa powder 2/3 cup
- Caster sugar 1 ¼ cups
- Baking powder 1 ½ tsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Eggs 2
- Coffee 2 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Mayonnaise ¾ cup
Frosting:
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- Cocoa powder ½ cup
- Icing sugar 2 cups
- Milk 2 tbsp
Method :
Whisk together flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder and salt. Whisk in eggs, coffee, vanilla, and mayonnaise until smooth. Divide batter among cupcake cases. Bake at 180 degrees C until tops spring back when lightly pressed, 15 to 17 minutes. Let cool completely. For the frosting, beat mayonnaise and cocoa. Whisk in icing sugar and milk until smooth. Frost on the cupcakes.
Ingredients:
- Gram flour 300 gm
- Onion chopped 1
- Chewra 2 cups
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 2 tbsp
- Oil to fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
In a mixing bowl add gram flour, garlic paste, onion, red chili powder, turmeric, all spice powder, coriander powder, coriander, green chilies and salt mix and make thick batter with water. In a plate spread chewra. Grease your palm and make balls from batter and coat it with chewra & deep fry and serve hot.
Ingredients:
- Red syrup as required
- Lemons halved and seeds removed 2-3
- Freshly lemon juice 1 cup
- Sugar 1/4 cup
- Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
- Fresh mint leaves as required
Method:
Place the sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan until dissolved. Allow to cool. Place this sugar syrup in the blender with the whole lemon and freshly grated ginger and blend until frothy. Then pour in red syrup and garnished with fresh mint leaves.
