Ingredients:

  • Icing sugar 175 gm
  • Butter 325 gm
  • Flour 400 gm
  • Eggs 2
  • Salt 2 pinches
  • Vanilla powder 3 pinches
  • Semolina 100 gm
  • Dates 150 gm
  • Cardamom powder 2 pinches
  • Screw pine 1 tsp

 

Method:
In a bowl beat icing sugar and butter. Then add eggs one by one and beat well. Now add salt, flour, semolina and vanilla powder. Fold properly and prepare dough. Allow the dough to chill for a while. Now in a bowl add dates, cardamom powder and screw pine. Mix well. Then spread the dough evenly and add the dates filling. Roll the dough and cut properly. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 c for about 20 minutes. Serve.

Ingredients:

  • Pistachios 100 gm
  • Walnut (chopped) 150 gm
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Puff pastry 500 gm
  • Sugar syrup as required

 

Method:
In a bowl add pistachios, walnut and honey. Mix well. Then cut the puff pastry with samosa cutter. Now add the pistachio mixture and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 c for 15 minutes. Once it is done, remove and dip the pastry in the sugar syrup. Lastly add honey on top and garnish with pistachios. Serve.
