Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Fried onion 2
- Whole spices 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1tbsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Peas 1 cup
- Tomatoes 2
Method:
In a pan add oil then add all whole spices and mince add and cook till then aromas .then add the onions, garlic, ginger, chilies and salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, tomatoes give all the ingredients a good mix, cover the saucepan and leave to cook over a low – medium flame for about 8 – 10 minutes, add the mince. Cook the mince, stirring continuously cover the saucepan and let it cook for 5 to 8minutes. Bring the curry to a boil and add 1 cup of peas just as the curry reaches boiling point. Allow the curry to boil for 8 – 10 minutes over a high heat, and then simmer gently for 5 more minutes. And serve.
Ingredients:
For stuffing:
- Crumbled cheese 1 cup
- Kashmiri chili powder ½ tsp
- All spices powder ¼ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves chopped as required
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
For paratha dough:
- Flour 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Oil or clarified butter 1 tsp
- Water as required
- Wheat flour ¼ cup
For roasting paratha:
- clarified butter or oil as required
Method:
Mix all the ingredients of stuffing Mix all the ingredients of dough and knead well
Pinch a medium sized ball dough, roll about 5 inches in diameter. Place the prepared stuffing in the center. Takethe edge and start pleating bringing to center.
And press the pleats from center. Furthermore, sprinkle some flour and roll to of a chapati size. On a hot skillet place the rolled paratha and cook both sides. Also add oil / ghee and press slightly. Finally, serve hot paneer parathas
