Ingredients for Pizza Stuffing:

  • Pizza Dough as required
  • Pizza sauce ½ cup
  • Mozzarella or cheddar cheese shredded 2 cups
  • Chicken tikka boti 2/3 cup
  • Spoon pizza sauce along the center of the pizza dough, then sprinkle with 3/4 cup of the shredded cheese.
  • Starting from one end, fold strips of dough over the filling to the center, so the ends overlap and it looks
  • braided. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake 20 minutes until crust is golden brown and baked through and cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.

Method:

Heat oven to 425°F (400°F for a dark or nonstick baking sheet). Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Take pizza crust and press into a 10-by-13-inch rectangle on prepared baking sheet. Use kitchen scissors or a knife to cut 8 equal strips along each of the two longer edges, leaving a 3-inch space down the center of the dough rectangle.

Ingredients:

  • Beef ½ kg
  • Rice ½ kg soaked for 15 minutes
  • Onion sliced 2
  • Tomatoes 2 sliced
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Whole spice powder 1tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Whole all spice 1tbsp
  • Mint leaves 1 cup
  • Green chilies 5 to 6
  • Nutmeg powder ½ tsp
  • Fennel 1 tsp
  • Star anise 2
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Black Cardamoms 2
  • Prunes 1/2 cup
  • Green cardamom 2
  • Food color a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Cinnamon sticks 3
  • Cardamom 4
  • Bay leaves 3
  • Cloves 1tsp
  • Black pepper corns 1tsp
  • Oil half cup

Method:
Take a large wok add oil onions fry till golden brown, take ot half the onions for later use.
Add beef fry cook on medium heat, add tomatoes, add prunes, seasoning and yogurt add nutmeg add whole garam masala cook till oil is oozing out. Add potato & water and Cooke for 20 minutes.
Now, add green chilies, Simmer for 2, 3 minutes.

Add rice, water with salt, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, coriander seeds, star anise and black cardamom.
Cook until water is evaporated
Place the tomato slice on rice.
Sprinkle the food color, and mint leaves add fried onions on top .
Cover the lid with foil paper.
Take a large pan on high heat cook for 5 minutes.
Close the lid tightly making sure no steam passes out of the pot and cook on low heat until the rice is done.
Serve with Raita.

Ingredients:

  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Grated lemon zest 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
  • All-purpose flour 1-1/2 cups
  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1/8 teaspoon
  • Milk 1/2 cup

GLAZE:

  • Confectioners’ sugar 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons

 

Method:
• Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in eggs, lemon zest and juice. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; gradually stir into creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition.
Pour into a greased 8×4-in. loaf pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Combine glaze ingredients; immediately drizzle over bread. Serve warm

Ingredients:

  • Whipping cream, cold 1-1/2 cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Chocolate pudding 1 packet
  • Chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed as required
  • Semi-sweet chocolate for garnish

Method:
In the bowl of a mixer (or using a hand-held), add the cold cream and begin whipping; once thickened slightly, sprinkle in the sugar and finish whipping just until stiff peaks form; set aside for a moment.
In medium-large bowl, add 2 cups of the chocolate pudding (reserving the remaining pudding) and begin adding the whipped cream to it in several increments, gently folding in to keep a fluffy and light consistency, as this is the “chocolate mousse” part of the dessert; once all whipped cream is incorporated, set aside and prepare glasses.
Serve cold.
