Ingredients:
- Milk ½ liter
- Vanilla custard 2tbsp
- Peach puree 1cup
- Sugar 3tbsp
- Cream 4tbsp
- Gelatin 1tsp
- Peach chunks as required
- Cream to garnish
Method:
Add sugar in milk and cook well. Now add soaked custard cook till thick , now add cream peach puree and gelatin mix and cool . pour in glasses , garnish with cream and peaches and serve .
Ingredients:
- Mutton chops 600gm
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Yogurt ¾ cup
- Green chili paste 1tbsp
- White pepper 1tsp
- Salt as required
- White cumin 1tsp
- Vinegar 2tbsp
Ingredients for spice:
- Coriander ¾ cup
- Green chilies 3-4
- Garlic 4-5 cloves
- Lemon juice 2tbsp
- Coconut powder 1tsp
- Oil ¾ cup
- Cream for garnish
Method:
Add all the ingredients of marination on chops and leave it for overnight. Now grind all the spices. Now heat oil fry marinated chops on high flame . now add ½ cup water cook till chops done .now add all spice , lemon juice and simmer , lastly garnish with cream and serve .

- Tomatoes 6-7
- Potatoes 1
- Cumin roasted 1tsp
- Garlic 7-8 cloves
- Fenugreek seeds 1tsp
- Green chilies 3-4
- Salt as required
- Red chili powder 1tsp
- Lemon juice 1tbsp
Ingredients to temper:
- Oil 4tbsp
- Red chilies 3-4
- Curry leaves 6-8
- Cumin ½ tsp
- Vinegar 2tbsp
- Coriander as required
Method:
In a pan add tomatoes and all the ingredients and ½ cup water cook till potatoes gets tender , now blend well. Then cook till thick , to temper heat oil add red chilies, cumin, vinegar and curry leaves , lastly temper bharta and sprinkle coriander and serve .
