Ingredients:
- Boil mutton ½ kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Chopped onion 1
- Boil tomatoes ¾ cup
- Salt , pepper , turmeric as required
- Red chilies crushed 1-1/2 tsp
- Cumin crushed 1tbsp
- Boil lentil 3cups
- Clarified butter ½ cup
Ingredients to Temper:
- Clarified butter ½ cup
- Onion sliced 1
- Green chilies sliced 2-3
- Ginger 1tbsp
- Red chili whole 6-7
- Cumin white ¾ tsp
- Coriander for garnish
Method:
Heat clarified butter in a pan add onion and ginger garlic paste and fry well. Now add boil tomatoes, salt, pepper, turmeric, red pepper crushed and cumin then roast well . Then add mutton and roast it , now add boil lentil , 2 cups of water cook till thick , , now dish it out , to temper in a pan heat clarified butter and ingredients to temper , give tarka to mutton and serve .
Ingredients:
- Potatoes boiled 1-1/2 cup
- Green peas boiled 1cup
- Capsicum 1
- Boil carrot 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Chopped onion 1
- White pepper 1-1/2 tsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Nutmeg, mace powder ½ tsp
- Whole spice 1tbsp
- Butter ½ cup
- Coriander, green chilies ½ cup
- Rice 400gm
- Salt as required
- Clarified butter ½ cup
- Fennel powder 1tsp
- Vegetable stock ¾ cup
- Raisin 2tbsp
- Cashew nut 7-8
- Onion 2tbsp
Method:
Heat clarified butter and sauté all the veggies , now add white pepper, now in a pan heat clarified butter fry chopped onions , add whole spice and fry well. Now add ginger garlic paste , salt, fennel , yogurt, mace nutmeg powder , and roast well . , now add vegetable stock cook till boil , now add soaked rice and cook , lastly coriander , green chilies, and fried veggies , lastly simmer , add raisins, cashew nuts and fried onion and serve .

- Tomatoes ½ kg
- Onion 1

- Gram flour 2tbsp
- Tamarind pulp 1tbsp
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Onion seeds 1tsp
- Vinegar 4tbsp
- Salt as required
- Boil eggs 2
Ingredients to temper:
- Oil 6tbsp
- Chopped garlic 1tsp
- White cumin 1tsp
- Curry leaves 4-6
- Mustard 1tsp
- Coriander to garnish
Method:
Boil and chop tomatoes , now heat oil in a pan add boil chopped tomatoes with vinegar , onion, sugar, salt pepper and turmeric , and cook , now blend this in blender , to temper in a pan fry curry leave s, add tomatoes mixture , tamarind pulp , onion seeds, cumin, salt, now add dissolved gram flour and cook, lastly add eggs and coriander and serve .
