Ingredients:
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Mustard Seeds ½ tsp
- Fennel Seeds ½ tsp
- Onion (sliced) 2 cup
- Tomato (chopped) 1 cup
- Ginger Garlic (chopped) 2 tsp
- Curry Leaves 15-20
- Coriander Powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
- All spice Powder ½ tsp
- Prawns 300 grams
- Fresh Coriander (chopped) 2 tbsp
- Salt as per Test
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, fennel seeds and let them crackle for a few seconds. Add onion and cook until onion turns slightly born in color and tomato, ginger, garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes until tomatoes are mushy. Now add coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder and garam masala powder and cook for a minute. Add a splash of water and salt. Cover the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Sauté prawns for 5-6 minutes and add into curry. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.

- Cooked pasta 1 packet
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Flour 2 tsp
- Garlic minced 2-3 cloves
- Chicken cube 1
- Heavy cream 1 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Freshly grated cheese 1/3 cup
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander chopped to serve
Method:
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in the flour and let the roux cook for 2 minutes, stirring often. Stir in the garlic and chicken broth and let it simmer for about a minute. Add in the milk and let the sauce cook for a few more minutes until it’s thickened to your liking, then add the cream and cheese, salt & pepper as needed, and coriander. Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce until well coated. Serve immediately.
