Ingredients:
- Apple (big size) 4 (prefer green)
- Brown sugar / Simple sugar 1/4 cup
- Cinnamon powder 2 tsp
For The Crumble:
- Cold salty butter in cubes 200gms
- White flour (maida) 1-1/2 cup (one & half cup)
- Sugar 1/3 cup
- Brown sugar 1/3 cup
For The Caramel Sauce:
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Butter 2-3 tbsp
Method For Apple Crumble With Caramel Sauce:
Put the diced apples in a pan with half cup of water, sugar and cinnamon stick cook over medium low heat until the apples get soft and soggy (7 to 8 mins). Cook apple for 10-15 mins till they are soft and have left their juice.
Method For The Crumble:
Mix it well, while breaking the butter. It should be powdered texture. Set the apples in apple pie on any oven dish, and then spread the flour mixture evenly on top of the apples. Bake it in a preheat oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 mins.
Method For The Caramel Sauce:
Take a pan and add in sugar, when it caramelized & turns, liquid & brown & bubbles start appearing. Slow down flame to the lowest & add in cream & butter (gently & continuously) cook it for a min.
Scrumptious sauce is ready.
Vanilla Ice Cream (optional)
Ingredients:
- Prawns 500 gm
- Bay leaves 2-3
- Onion (sliced) 1 small
- Onion paste 1/4 cup
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Green chillies 4-5
- Coconut milk 1 cup
- Water 1 1/4 cup
- Roasted cumin 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
Put oil in a pan, then put 2 bay leaves, then add onion 1 small, sliced in oil… sauté until light brown, then put onion paste 1/4 cup + garlic paste 1 tsp + ginger paste 1 tsp + turmeric powder 1/2 tsp + cumin powder 1 tsp + red chilli 1 tsp… mix well & add little water in it… add salt 1 tsp then saute for 5 to 6 mins. Add little coconut milk then add prawns 500 gm… put green chilli 4 to 5 paste. Put coconut milk 1 cup & then water 1/2 cup… cover the lid & keep it for 5 to 6 mins, then garnish with roasted cumin 1 tsp& coriander 2 tbsp.
Ingredients:
- Water 1 cup
- Banana 1
- Cocoa powder 2 tsp
- Peanut butter 1 tbsp
- Honey 1 tsp
- Husk 2 tbsp
- Vanilla essence 3 drops
- Ice cubes few
- Yogurt 1 cup
Method:
In a blender add all the ingredients together. Blend it well until well combined. Pour in the serving glasses and serve.
