Ingredients:
- Beef ½ kg
- Tomatoes 3 -4
- Clarified butter 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Cayenne pepper 1 tsp
- All spice ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
For Garnish:
- Coriander chopped for garnish
- Green chili julienned for garnish
- Ginger julienned for garnish
Method:
Heat clarified butter in wok add beef, ginger garlic paste and tomatoes cook for 3 to 4 minute. Add all dry spices one by one
Add all spice, cover the pan and cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves, ginger and green chilies
Serve with naan.

- Boiled Pasta 1 packet
- Olive oil 1/4 cup
- Small onion, finely chopped 1
- Cloves garlic, minced 2
- Red pepper flakes a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Chopped tomatoes 1 cup
- Heavy cream 1/2 cup
- Chopped fresh basil leaves 1/2 cup
- Grated cheese for serving
Method:
Heat oil in a large, pan over medium heat until simmering. Add the onion and sauté until softened and translucent, 3 to 4 minutes. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Carefully pour in the chopped tomatoes. Add the salt and pepper and red pepper flakes, stir to combine. Bring to a simmer and cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to low and stir in the cream. Season with salt and pepper as needed. Add pasta to the sauce and gently to combine. Add the basil, toss once more, and serve with grated cheese.
