Ingredients:

  • Chicken (cubed) ½ kg
  • Boiled rice ½ kg
  • Spring onion 200gm
  • Ketchup 5tbsp
  • Vinegar 2tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1tsp
  • Soy sauce 2tbsp
  • Whole spice ½ tsp
  • Green chili garlic sauce 2tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Fried potato 1 cup
  • Carrot fried 1 cup
  • Fried onion (cubed) 1 cup

 

 

Method:
Heat oil then add all Vegetables and 2 min fry then and remove ,now in the same oil add chicken and fry till tender , now add ketchup, vinegar, red chili powder , soya sauce, whole spice, green chili sauce and salt cook 10 min and set aside, to serve heat oil add rice pour prepared chicken gravy , fried onion ,fried potatoes ,fried carrot ,spring onion and fried onion cube cut simmer for 5 min mix and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Spinach 1 kg
  • Meat ½ kg
  • Black pepper corns 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Tomato paste 250 gm
  • Onion paste 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilies powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Green chilies, coriander leaves as required
  • Dried fenugreek 2 tbsp

 

 

Method:
In a pan, add beef boiled ,potatoes , coriander powder, onions paste, salt, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, black pepper corns, cook on low flame for 1 hour.
When beef is tender add ghee, turnip, spinach and fry it.
Then add water cook on low flame
Turnip are tender add sugar, all spice powder, dried fenugreek, green chilies, coriander leaves and remove from the stove.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fries 1 packet
  • Oil for frying
  • Soy sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Sesame seeds ½ cup
  • Corn flour 1 cup

 

Method:
In a bowl add soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, green chili paste, white cumin, salt and egg. Mix well and prepare a fine batter. Then dip the chicken fries in the prepared batter and coat with sesame seeds and corn flour. Now heat oil and fry the chicken fries until golden brown. Serve hot.
